Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return, in accordance with your right of withdrawal.
Product must be undamaged, unused, and clean.
With all included accessories and original packaging if possible.
Any incomplete, damaged, or clearly used product returned may be refused.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of order preparation error or proven defect upon receipt (in this case, contact us with photos).
The right of withdrawal stipulates that return costs may be borne by the customer.
Depending on stock availability, an exchange may be possible. Otherwise, the easiest solution is often to: return + refund, then place a new order.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, within a processing period of 7 business days.

A soft cloth (dry or slightly damp) is sufficient for routine cleaning. For small marks: lukewarm soapy water, then wipe dry.
Yes, this can happen upon opening, especially after transport and packaging. Let the bag air out for 1 to 2 days: the smell will naturally disappear.
