Delivery

We provide tracked home delivery on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The times indicated below are delivery times from dispatch.

Processing time 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping costs & times

France / Belgium / Luxembourg / Switzerland

  • Free delivery on purchases over €100
  • For any order below this amount, Standard delivery: €9 — 2 to 3 business days

Europe (excluding France & Belgium)

  • Standard delivery: €10 — 3 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: €15 — 3 business days

Customs duties & taxes (Switzerland / United Kingdom)

For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom), import duties and taxes may be requested by local authorities.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of payment, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused / Uncollected Parcel

If a parcel is refused or not collected, it is returned to us by the carrier. In this case, the return shipping costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

Order Conformity

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.

  • In the event of damaged packaging, deteriorated or missing items, or any visible anomaly, we recommend notifying the carrier immediately upon delivery (reservations).
  • For any non-conformity (wrong item, color, defect), please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos:

If non-conformity is confirmed (defective product / preparation error), Saralé will provide the most suitable solution (replacement, credit note, or refund depending on availability).

Returns & Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU orders)

In accordance with current legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • unworn, unused
  • in their original condition, with packaging and accessories
  • carefully protected for transport

Any item damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to contact@sarale-paris.com with:
  • your order number
  • your name + the item concerned
  • (optional) the reason for the return

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • You can choose the carrier of your choice.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return:

  • Return processing: generally within 2 to 3 business days
  • Refund: generally within 5 to 7 business days after validation, via the original payment method
